In a grid-down world, access to hormone treatments, medications, and comfort care could vanish overnight. That’s why I’ve started prepping for perimenopause and other hormonal shifts.
Here’s what I’m doing:
- Stockpiling herbal teas like red clover, chasteberry, and sage
- Tracking my cycle so I know what’s normal
- Practicing low-impact workouts that ease cramps and tension
- Learning which essential oils and natural remedies reduce hot flashes and irritability
- Including comfy clothes, a hand fan, and cooling cloths in my preps
Prepping isn’t just about surviving a crisis—it’s about maintaining your well-being in the thick of it. That includes our mental and physical balance as women.
